Professional Standards & Patient Agreement
Welcome to Get Well Dental Clinic. By using this website and our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure that we maintain the highest standard of care for our 15,000+ patients.
1. Clinical Services
All dental treatments provided by Dr. Sukriti Sotang are based on a professional clinical examination. While we strive for ideal results, the outcome of dental procedures can vary based on individual biological factors and patient cooperation.
2. Appointment Policy
- Scheduling: We recommend booking in advance via our website or WhatsApp.
- Cancellations: We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure other patients are not delayed.
3. Medical Disclaimers
Patients must provide an accurate and complete medical history, including current medications and allergies. The clinic is not responsible for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions.
Regarding Teeth Whitening: As a policy of clinical integrity, we do not recommend certain cosmetic treatments (like chemical whitening) to patients with specific oral habits or conditions where side effects may outweigh the benefits.
4. Payments & Fees
- Payment for services is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed upon.
- We accept cash and major digital payment methods (UPI/GPay).
- Estimated costs for long-term treatments (like Braces or Tooth Replacements) will be provided during your initial consultation.
5. Privacy & Data
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All patient records and digital X-rays are handled with strict medical confidentiality.
